  I have used the Leeds store previously on several occasions and usually found the service excellent. However yesterday (May 13th) was not the case when I went to get the battery changed in my iPhone. I found it difficult to attract anyone’s attention when I went in even though I had made an appointment online. I had to wait several times (my initial appointment was 10.35 and I finally left the store about 1pm) and to be frank, one member of staff was extremely rude to me. I asked to speak to the manager, waited again and eventually the member of staff who had originally dealt with me turned up. I asked if he was the manager and he said no but was able to clarify the issues that the member of staff who was rude to me did not. It may have been a bad day, but it has dented my confidence in Apple and its reputation.

  Appointment at 10:45am was seen at 11:26am and that’s after we had to flag one of the staff down. Time management is a joke at this place.

  I placed an order for 17 pro and the order was cancelled by apple as the payment card they said it had wrong address even though it was correct. Very disappointing not recommended unexpected from apple

  I AM DISGUSTED THIS PLACE HAD CAT POO ON TH FLOOR AND IT HURT MY NOSE. DONT GO HERE ALSO SOMEONE PUT A MOULDY SINGING BURGER IN MY FACE!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡👿👿👿👿👿👿🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😤😤😤😤😤😤

  I called to hopefully purchase a new iPhone. As an elderly person one wonders what surprises may await me ! I was more than delighted. I was immediately met by Hesley (Spelling ?) He couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I was so pleased I relayed my thanks directly to the Manager. I came away a happy & satisfied customer. Well done & thanks.
